Cancellation Policy
At TANCO. Sunless, we understand life happens and plans change. All clients can cancel their appointment up to 24 hours in advance without being charged a cancellation fee. Any client who cancels after the 24 hour grace period or are a no show will be charged a fee of 100% of their service missed.
Please note that there is also a RESCHEDULING policy:
Each client is allowed 2 reschedules per one appointment. Should you need to reschedule for a third time, please reschedule your appointment and re-book for your desired time slot. If this third reschedule is AFTER your 24hr window to do so, the above cancellation policy will apply.
